This was a fun card to make. I started with a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 base. Next I used a dots ef. Then I cut a Nestie with Pirouette Pink. I love that color. It's so soft and a pure pink. Next I stamped the flower with Versa Mark and embossed it with White ep. I then sponged it with PP ink. I used a dauber and added some of the Frost White Shimmer Paint/SU. I love that stuff! Added some punched leaves with Celery and added some flowers. Made a bow and a stick pin. Oh I did add some white lace to the first layer to hide my marks from the ef. I can't figure out to emboss a larger piece of paper w/o leaving marks.
I sent this to my friend Sue/Irishgeeensue as a thank you for all the encouragement she sent my way when I had my back surgery. She must have sent me 10 cards, calls and many prayers. Thank you Sue.

Oh this is so pretty!! I love all your elements, and I also have troubles embossing a larger piece like that too, and can only hide the marks with ribbon, unless you can match your embossing up on each side, but thats very hard...Great, wonderful, awesome card!!

Totally delish card - I love pink and the way you have created the floral centerpiece is exquisite looking. Lovely layers of sweet little flowers and a stick pin - Sweet, sweet, you are for sure feeling better and showing it in your work.

This is simply gorgeous! When I have to emboss a larger piece of paper, I line up my folder to the pattern already embossed and I let the folder ends hang out of the cutting plates. That way the impressions of the ends of the folder won't leave a line.
