Bah, orange!

For the our 'all occasion card challenge' September 1 challenge, we were to use our least favourite colour, technique, layout, or tool. We could use one or all of these. I chose to go with only the least favourite colour. For card making, I'm really not an orange fan. I inked the embossing folder with SU's Calypso Coral. I used an old stamp set, as this card went to a Dutch lady for her birthday.

Lovely card Ina, very good card for a Dutch friend as that scene is so typically a Dutch especially the windmill.

Ina, you were prophetic with your colors choices...like the CC for yesterday! I think your orange faux letterpress bg is wonderful(I must say, orange is growing on me) I think it is great with the Dutch windmill scene. Whenever I was watching a competition in the recent Olympics, I could always spot an athlete from the Netherlands....they wore orange. So your color combo is perfect!
