I wanted to catch our lovely queen Peggy this week. What a wonderful gallery, such a fun tour. I (with a lot of hard decisions )..chose to case this one...http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...p;thumbsonly=0
I changed the color a bit, but kept the same idea...almost....I turned off site as I made the card and was thinking the bottom pretty black panel was only partly across, not all the way....oops. That is the one thing that caught my eye...I dont have that pretty punch but used my scallop one and punched out almost little snowflakes along the bottom to give it a bit more decoration, and scored it a couple times and added a scrap of a red strip and added a touch of glitter to match the sparkly poinsettia.
The Poinsettia, is acutally a rub on. I rubbed it onto a white ;iece of paper then cut it out so I could raise it. I added a couple leaves liek Peggy had done. didnt have black ones so lightly sponged some black onto these littel light green ones I had.
Then I tied the white ribbon and threaded the black one in and tied it too. Just added the layers to put it all together. Thanks Peggy for the great card Idea...and everyone else for visiting...:0)

Very pretty poinsettia!!! Love your beautiful colors and the white embossing in the background is so lovely! The ribbon and punched border make such fantastic trimmings! Plus I am loving the shimmer and shine of your gorgeous Chirstmas card! Beautiful case!!!
