Back to school for Katie

I sent this to my daughter last week who started her final year of college (she's 24). Fits perfectly with today's challenge regarding all things apple-icious. The apple is covered with Aleene's Liquid Glaze. The image is colored with Copics and chalk is used for the background. The music strip is cut from my very first music book from which I learned to play the piano in 1969. The pages are already yellowed and worn on the edges and it was doing me no good out in the garage, so now it's going to serve a new purpose. :)

I love cards that were made from the heart. Your card is wonderful. Using your sheet music warmed my heart. We can't save everything, but putting on a card gives it a new life. tfs Into my favs.
