This was my first attempt at this week's CAS challenge...
My other passion is quilting. A friend and I just finished 12 crib quilts for our high school's nursery, as a gift from our church. This paisley is scrap from the quilt back. I used some heat bond stabilizer to the fabric to prevent raveling, then adhered it to a card base that I'd run through my xyron. Voila: fabric as bg.

Brenda, as a "reformed" quilter, I am in love with this card! Girl, you mixed my two favorite things- and it's brown too, the best color evah! Love your CAS work- it is more than gorgeous!

Love that pretty fabric Brenda! How wonderful that you make quilts for your church to donate to the local HS! You are just one good egg! I don't know why people say that, you are a good lady!!! LOVE this gorgeous card!!!
