Today we went to Olive & Cocoa to inspire us. I chose these Woodland Birds as one of my inspirations: http://www.oliveandcocoa.com/product...irds/clearance
I have another card in the works, but not the time to finish it as I am off w/ friends to shop.
I used the Sizzix woodgrain ef & the bird punch. I used the ball tip of an embossing tool to score on the birds. This was fun to do, using multiple punchings.

I love the way you hand-embossed the birds - it really is an inspired take on the inspiration because it makes them look carved. I've sometimes embossed them in folders, but I never thought of using the stylus to add feathering.
