Today's Free 4 All Challenge is to make a birthday card. I made one for an adult's birthday. I think this card could be given to both a man or a woman. The birds soften it a bit, but I love the wood look of the "on", which says masculine to me, too! Stamps and dies are from Heartfelt Creations. Product list and instructions for recreating this card below:
HCD 723 Garden Romance die
HCPC 3479-Wings Of Hope set
HCPC 3480-Brookside Manor
HCPC 3481-Add On Sentiments
other products: Memento Tuxedo Black ink; Ranger Antique Linen distress ink; Versamark ink, kraft and white cardstock; Crate Paper designer paper Farmhouse collection; copic markers-E57, E35, C-1; black baker's twine
Fold kraft card base to measure 4.25" x 5.5". Using Versamark ink, stamp bird swirl image over entire cardbase. Cut wood ruler image from designer paper and adhere towards left side of card base. Cut white cardstock panel to measure 4.25" x 2.5". Sponge Antique Linen distress ink around edges. Stamp larger and small sentiment onto white panel and color "on" with copic markers as stated above. Stamp the two doves from Brookside Manor set onto white cardstock and use coordinating die to cut. Adhere one on top of "O" in on sentiment. Adhere other dove to upper right corner. Tie baker's twine around bottom of image panel and tie into bow.
