I saw that this week queen for the day was such a sweety, that I had to play along and make a card in her honour. She is none other then...Kathleen or aka...Kathleen Lammie. A wonderful gallery and always leaving such lovely comments. Was so hard to pick one card, but chose this little darling one...Mo's Digital Pencil FS267 by Kathleen Lammie at Splitcoaststampers.
I did not have time to draw that little one which is just adorable. So made it into a Christmas one.
But then I also found out our wonderful Twisted sisters challenge this week is to make an all white card with a touch of gold and a bit of lace, so I used the same layout, changed the picture, but also kept the polka dots, just gotta love the dots..:0)
I just got the ornament punch from my sweet mom so found a white dp that had the gold swirls on it and stamped it out. But to finish it off I added the golden top and bottom of it with glitter glue.
I raised all the layers and the ornament, was going to add lace to it but only have a couple white lace and they looked dirty next to this pretty white paper, so used a little satin bow instead of the lace one...hope thats o.k. girls. I loved the perals Kathleen used so also added some pearls in the corners. and added a couple punched out pine leaves to hang my ornament on the tree with.
Finished it off with my sentiment which I stamped on with a gold ink, but getting dry so went over it iwth a gold gel pen, and cut around it and as well raised it up with foamies too. The 2 big die-cuts I got from my sweet ma-ma which I am sooo thankful..:0)
Thanks for visiting...:0)
