 | | Here's my card for free for all 131 challenge. You were to use bright colors. I used the Wedding Cake set from Sweet N Sassy Stamps. The background is from here called pillow top background:

The image was colored with copic markers then iridescent ice was applied to the white sections using a versa marker. The cake was attached to the dizzy doily from my favorite things. I layered the ribbons a 1/6" black layer behind background stamping. |
