Thank you for looking and your nice comments.
I was hoping someone else might offer up a link that would explain this. But it really isn't very prevalent on SCS...yet. It was just in the Demos' Stampin Success Canadian Magazine and was demoed at Convention this year.
I found one explanation by Michelle Laycock:
You can also do Faux Dry Embossing" technique with it. Love that technique! Really cool. You wheel image in color ink on same color cardstock, then wheel directly over that in white! Line up the seam on the wheel to make sure your white is over the colored image! - M Laycock
I used the wheel ruler to keep the line straight. Remember to check which way you have the wheel when you pop it back in after cleaning! For the Stamped image, I used my Stamp-ma-jig to line up the image the second time slightly down and to the right (okay I just looked at my image, slighlty down is a good idea but I didn't do it this time...)
If you do too much off, it just looks blurry I think. The Flitting By wheel looks Fabulous done this way.
I really love the look as well, It gives a look of dimension. It can be called Faux embossing as well. Hope this helps and have fun giving it a try.
