I use something called glitter gel by Reeves, but there many other glitter gels/glues work, from the feedback Ive seen. And it isn't a stamp, but a printed embellishment circle. I can't recall who makes it and I am on the road at the moment but will check when I get home.

It's a great elegant card. Can Iuse glitter glue? I have one that looks just like that and I have the embossing folder. maybe I should start now...
