Here is my card for the F4A challenge today. Jeanne challenged us well today to combine a challenge in the Techniques with a weekly challenge. I decided to combine the sponging technique (SCS tutorials) with the CAS45 challenge I've got curves.
I made this card for my son who is a die hard fisherman. I myself would get bored so quickly if I had to sit out in a boat waiting for a bite.
I wanted to keep it a one layer so it was easy to mail so I masked the white area before sponging on over the mask. I used a mask from the Crafter's Workshop for the bkg. and sponged on Distress inks. I love the way you can get a varied coloured. Added the fish and sentiment.
Thanks so much for looking.

Karen, this is such a super cute card! That little fishy is adorable! I LOVE your sponged circles! Thank heaven you have a template, I was worried you somehow taped all of those off somehow! Great shades of blue too! Plus I love a card you can mail easily! Well done!!!
