Jeanne S asked us to use one technique and one former challenge for our F4A cards today. I used Beate Johns'(Queen of Technique Tutorials) "sponging" for my background.
I did the sponging a little differently. I envisioned where I was going to stamp my images and then sponged in the appropriate color there. I next stamped the black detailing and then, with the solid image stamp of these 2-step stamps, stamped with VM and heat embossed with clear EP. The challenge part of my card is the layout from SC395...since I had so much going on in my panel, I needed a simple layout.

Holy Cow! You never cease to amaze me! This is absolutely one of the most spectacular cards I have ever seen. Absolutely phenomenal! I love everything about it..the colour..the image..the design...totally everything! I'm gob-smacked!!

This is so lovely..I really like the soft image combined with the glossy parts of the flowers. The black detail outlines really show off using this technique. Stunning!

Sallie, this is absolutely stunning. Your sponging illuminates the image as a light shining from behind the floral image. There is nothing more to say than absolutely stunning!
