I CASEd a card from the queen for the day's gallery. See BarbieP's card.
I kept the general design and the birthday theme, but changed a lot. I stamped the image with London Fog Memento and colored with copics. I used markers for the sentiment.

Oh, JoyceAnn, this is adorable. Your coloring is magnificent, giving the cake such tecture and a 3 D effect. It looks good enough to eat, YUM! Love those dps adding to the festive/party feel. Thank you so much for playing along, it is such a blessing and touches my heart :)
