 | | I was finally able to complete this card that has been haunting me as my mojo just wouldn't come. I don't know that the proper balance is there since the ribbon is larger than I thought it would be and the image smaller, but there you go.
I was determined to use SU pool party which I've never used - last years in color at that. I paired it with chocolate chip. Both panels are different sides of the pool party dsp, but you might not be able to tell from the photo.
I stamped the large doiley on the dp and heat embossed it. I then stamped another doiley from the stamp set and heat embossed that too - popped it up on dimensionals.
I paper pieced 2 panels, used a border punch under the image panel and made a double loop ribbon with a flower I had on hand. The button on the doiley was in my stash. I added some little scallop lace at the top to, of course, add to the doiley effect!
