This is really simple to do (nice job when you are watching television) hehe:
take strips of paper of varying widths, cut these in various angles. I took a piece of white cardstock and put it through the xyron adhesive machine (you also can use dubble sided adhesive paper) I took the backing off and used it as the front. I layered the paper scraps on the paper, leaving an opening between each one, do not overlap the pieces or you wont get the mosaic effect. Take embossing powder and cover the entire card, rub the powder in with your fingers and brush off the excess. Then use your heat tool to emboss.
Voila and your done!!!
