 | | Congratulations Queen Barbi! I love your gallery, it is full of beauty. Enjoy your time in the spotlight. You deserve this honor.
It might not look like it, but I was inspired by your first upload, 70th Birthday seen here:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...;ppuser=177468. At least this is what I did from the sketch I made of our new Queen's card. I did not distress the edges (that just distresses me so I never do it!!), I followed the sailor's knot that's on the dsp Nautica. I made my own b/g by doing today's TLC - waterstamping. The main panel it on popdots.
I also was inspired by the IC site, Vintage Poster Market & this poster: http://www.vintage-poster-market.com...e-courses.html
And I think this also fits the WT387 -
Old - Cool Caribbean Ink
Blue - Not Quite Navy c/s & inks
Borrowed - Queen Barbi's first card
New - The Open Sea stamp set
I don't usually combine so many challenges in the QFTD, but I've had back issues all w/e. So that is the route I took. I hope you don't mind Barbi.
Again, Congratulations on being crowned Queen
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek. |
