I really liked the CAS182 challenge and left the paper on my desk to further explore it! The WT387 was something borrowed, something blue. I went with both. I borrowed my mother's Cuttlebug and made the BG panels. I also borrowed this idea from catcrazy I Love Snowflakes -jm by catcrazy at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the number of layers, the sqaure into a circle and left off those cute little flakes.
The blue is obvious. The supplies are also all old, especially the light blue ribbon which is from when the florist my mother worked at closed-at least 15 years ago...
It is a new card I made for my thank you stash...

These are soooooo very pretty. Love the white embossing and that awesome blue you've used. I really think the snowflakes are great.

Snow pretty! Love that embossing. I truly admire cards that use the dry embossing in ways like this because I don't have an embossing device. You have showcased it in a lovely way. Both cards are fab. The light blue ribbon is beautiful, but I tend to like the card with the dark blue ribbon a bit more. Although I like them both! Great job!! TFS
