I'm so sorry about all the confusion with this weeks challenge....I have changed it to Bev's Water Stamping Technique which is in the resourse section found here. My card features stamps from Rubbernecker and Ranger inks. If you have already made a card for the masking tape challenge I already posted, please upload it...we will have a combined challenge...LOL!!!
