I made this card for my niece's college graduation. The stamp is Stampinbella by Mo Manning, colored with Copics. The logo from her school and the name paper are computer generated. The image is matted and popped up on dimensional foam. The sentiment tag is inked with DI and tied on with dyed seam binding. I added 2 pins to the bow.
