FTTC181, WT387 Study in Blue
Added to Favorite
xxxx

Photo Details
Poster: momof5sons

Steph challenged us with the phrase "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue." I don't need a wedding card just now, so I focused on the blue. I used the sketch that Heather offered for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday. You can play along here: http://flourishes.org/blog/
Stamped the morning glories from Flourishes Year in Flowers 2 on vellum and colored the leaves with Copics, the flower centers with a white gel pen. Cut the vellum and a turquoise backing with Nestie oval and attached. Mounted on a pair of pinkpaislee Nantucket panels wrapped with the blue bow. Ran a piece of Marina Mist through a TH EF and placed below the bow. Paper pierced around all, then mounted on the cream card. Stamped the senti from Botanical Bookplates, added the Prima crystals and done. PT - 2
Thanks Steph and Heather for the inspiration. Thank you all for looking and have a peaceful day.

Marie, this is so lovely and feminine. Your color palette is beautiful and I like your morning glory oval combined with the various DPs.
