 | | My image was colored with copic markers. Added some glitter to their dresses and some crystal lacquer to the books. The main image is popped up with foam tape. Used rectangle nestabilities for the scallop and then used perfect layer rulers for all of my layers. Signo white gel pen for the dots, added brads, ribbon and a charm.
