Our neighbor has been house-bound due to problems with her hip. She LOVES all things pink and bling, so I used a layout I just discovered in shades of pink with lots of gems to send over to her. I used Rock n Roll technique with 2 shades of pink on the blossoms and it looks a little like I didn't ink the stamp up correctly. Not exactly the look I was hoping for. Now if only I can get my DD to make some pink cupcakes...
The card uses masking extensively but it's actually pretty simple.
Thanks for viewing and commentng.

------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.

Well, your neighbor should adore this card as it's full of everything she loves...and what I love too...pink and bling! Your card is full of beautiful sparkle and the stamped sentiment is so elegant looking! Way to rock this challenge!
