This is for our fun tuesday t-party. we need some fancy, posh style, to go to George Cloony's party.
" I have my pretty dress on
and plus my pretty beads,
I'm taller with my heels on,
Can I come pretty please.
An excuse to you glitter....I am in for sure. even tho this owas one of those cards that one should just quit while your ahead. Instead of 1-2 hours it took 4. It even ended up in the guarbage can, one time, but I got this lil pic, from my mom and it was my last one so couldnt do it again and didnt feel like taking out my pencil this time. Was going to draw a dress, but just didnt feel like it and when I saw lil Marci I thought it would be cute. All dressed up for a party and no-where to go. and on the inside I want to put for Laura...
Keep getting better one little step at a time .
And I learned without thinking...lol...I laugh now...it was also my first time really using liquid pearls....girls..put them on last not BEFORE you want to cut out your picture...lol...boy do they smear. again I tried to fix it. It almost worked. but anyways its very late...lol..or early now so thanks for visiting and take care...:0)

love the bg and all the elements you used to showcase this "little darling". I am sure she will be welcome, I volunteer to take charge of her while you girls party with George!

Of course she's big enough! *smiling* With 8 other cousins Laura has played dress up many a times in her life. I wish you could have seen them as they grew up into those dresses. Each one as lovely as the next - inside and out.
Thank you for creating a card for Laura.
Hugs,
Laura's Aunt Susie ~

Your description made me smile...I've had many cards that were headed for the trash can then I found a way to save them. And great tip on the liquid pearls, I've got some of those but I've never used them. I think your card looks great despite the little problems that you described. Pretty background too!

Your pearls look fine to me - but yes, that's a lesson I learned the hard way too. They're the last thing I do, and then I leave them for longer than I think they need to be sure they're well dry! I just love her hat!!
