My card is for Judy's Blissful Backgrounds technique challenge - I made an encaustic background - you will find it here in the Resource Section.
I made another card using this background for a DTGD challenge as well last week.
For this one - I cut out a square frame of white card stock using a square Nestability, cut a slightly smaller square of my background and adhered it inside the frame. Then I layered the framed piece over my white card base with foam tape so it sits up a bit. My card is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4"
I couldn't find the perfect sentiment to go with this background - so I just left it like a framed print! I may add something later when I decide what I need a card for.
I just love how this encaustic art comes out - I want to practice more so I can control the results!
I saw a lot of other interesting backgrounds in the Resources too - I forget to look in there when I need to be inspired!
