 | | After several days of being stuck in the house with a sick child, I finally get him off to day camp. I'm feeling a little paniced because I have so much to do. The house is a mess, the laundry basket is overflowing, and I have no groceries, not even ketchup. So what's the first thing I do? Make a card!! After a few days of crafting time, I've been bitten by the stamping bug again!
I'm a bit intimidated by techniques, so I chose the simple embossing resist/stippled background. I stamped my image, overstamped and embossed the snowflakes, then stippled over it and wiped with a dry cloth. I had to spong a bit around the image because I didn't want to get ink on my snow-covered trees~
Thanks for the fun challenge this week, Judy!!! |
