This challenge made me ponder over so many things. I have many roles in my life, but my favorite role is being a Grandmother. I have a bench on the farm were the grandkids and I just sit and talk. It's pretty laid back when they come to the farm. They love it. I treasure our little talks.
I did one of my favorite techniques...using a #2 pencil and some black pencils. tfl

You're not the only one who said this challenge caused them to sit and reflect, and I love that!! Your card is beautiful, and I adore the balance of the image, embossing, simple pops of color, and woven ribbon treatment. I love that this challenge gives everyone a glimpse into our own lives and spaces. I'm so glad you could play along today!!
