Today's card was created for a sketch challenge using scalloped dies to create the base. I used a Picot die cut and gathered teal seam binding on the back before attaching with dimensional foam. All DP was distressed with a light sand ink before stamping my sentiment (Surging Sea) with black ink and adding to the center. For added interest I adhered a pearl flourish, teal and cream blossoms with some coordinating die punch leaves.
