I needed two cards for a couple that are expecting identical twin daughters and this is one that I came up with.
I used the Taylored Expressions stamp and die to make the little onsies. The paper, buttons, and ribbon are all from Hobby Lobby. I don't remember what the paper stack was called - possibly a DCWV baby pack, though. The tiny pearls and rhinestones are from Stampin' Up, the little flower is an EK Success punch, and the Congratualtions is from Taylored Expressions, also.
