DTGD12 A Child Touches Your Heart

This is my card for Blondie's DTGD challenge.

I die cut the blue panel with Romantic Rectangles and the sentiment with an oval Nestability. I cut the bottom of the ribbons added buttons to the top and layered them on the card with foam tape. I punched the little hearts and layered them on foam tape as well.
