Here is my card for Lydia's DTGD Challenge. ETA: this also works for Kittie's challenge!

I stamped the stars randomly on the white panel and adhered the Modern Landscape near the bottom of the panel. I popped up the small Madison Window over the landscape with foam tape and stamped the sentiment in the corner.
