Okay this is a silly "anniversary" card, but after 40 years of marriage = this says it all# My DH is "just my TYPE!" We will be married 40 years this August 19th - YAY!
This is actually 2 challenges# Another for today's IC347 - Beauty Spot# I got my inspiration from this piece of jewelry:
The second challenge was yesterday's QFTD123, Bev #aka texasgrammy## Bev has quite an extensive gallery, but when I saw this card I knew it fit the bill for the anniversary card I wanted to make# Here is the card I CASED#
This was the first time I used my TH Alterations Die #round tag#, and I love it. The sentiment is computer generated. I sponged/distressed all edges with TH distress inks to give a vintage feel - after all we are vintage after 40 years - LOL.
Thanks so much for taking a closer look - hope you like it

A terrific vintage anniv. card for a vintage couple (although you are NOT that old) Love the typewriter image with your sentiment and the great colors you used with it. I'm sure your DH will love it!

Really like the vintage look of this card, and I was just looking at your great typewriter image and I realized that the younger generation won't even recognize this.... Oh my gosh, guess I am showing my age....hehehe
