I used a new toy to sponge my pretty background - an Aspen Tree stencil from the Crafters Workshop - love how it came out. I used Ranger Distress Iced Spruce ink - spooky dark but not TOO dark!
I used today's Waltzingmouse Sketch for the design and for some reason went with a Halloween theme!!!!???

I really like this Halloween card...it's very unique with the tag and that cool bg. I have one of those stencils and haven't used it yet...I love how yours turned out.

Gorgeous, Julia. Love the colors and the eyelash yarn. (I want to knit something out of it.) Your background is amazing and soooo perfect. I thought it was paper until I read your description. A++++ for you today.
