It made me think of a vintage french restaurant. I hand cut the window and made the scene with a combination of Kittie Kits and a tree from Hampton Art. Then I sponged and watercolored the image in.The sign is from a Stamping Bella set I sponged in Bravo Burgundy. The rest is designer papers from my fabulous MIL and some scrap for the flowers.
