I participated in a "paper workshop" with my sister-in-law's sister-in-law (figure that out), and was supposed to come up with something unique and V-Day specific. I saw agonzale's coupon book, and became inspired: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...02496&cat=5229
I thought it would be perfect as a tag book, and so this is what I got! I offered it in red/black and pink/brown -- I used 8.5x11 paper (not 12x12 cause I didn't have enough). It actually took a lot more time than I had expected, but at least they all liked it!

Just take a 8.5x11 piece of card stock (rose red in my case), and fold it in half LENGTHWISE, and then fold it in half (at 5.5), and then fold each half in half to make an accordian. All the other bits I just tried to mimic what everyone else on here has done (tear the first pocket diagonally, use a circle punch to make a tab on the front part of the second pocket, cut between the 3rd and 4th pocket so I could fold the 3rd one over to make a triangle, and then for the 4th I folded over twice). HTH.
