Here is my card that will be going out in the mail to Alex today. I found out, while making this card, that I am OLD and BLIND! After about ten minutes of trying to thread my twine through the button hole, I gave up and used a tiny dot of crystal effects to glue my knot on top of the button. I am not sure where the flower came from. It was just lying on my table, looking sad, so I am sending it to Alex!

You had a giraffe stamp? Who hoo! That is awesome...and you took that giraffe stamp and made a wonderful little card for Alex! You rocked this challenge Mary...I love the texture in the background and that fun little flower embellishment...perfection! You did good! Love the little scene you created!

Oh I can so relate to threading or trying to thread the needle. For some reason it's not as easy as it used to be. But you obviously can see just fine to put cute cards together cuz this is darling. TFS :0)

LOL, I'm finding it harder to thread the sewing machine these days - but at least I'm still doing OK on buttons. That flower is just fabulous, I love it, and the button was a worthwhile accent to bear with getting right. I really like the look of this - it would be a great guy card too.
