This birthday card is going to someone that is special to me. I can't say who it is in case she checks out my gallery, I want it to be a surprise.
So the lace would be adhered nicely and no threat of it coming off or tape showing, I hand sewed it to the card base. Then the green dp and pink panels were adhered. The pretty green pleated ribbon was put on top of all that to hide all the joined parts. Sentiment is stamped with hot pink ink and embossed with clear ep.
All of the flowers were punched with the MS hydrangea punch from the same pink as the bottom panel, then I used the same pink ink to shade the insides of the flowers after they were shaped. A half pearl is used for the flowers centers. Leaves are from the Cheery Lynn olive branch die and are cut from the same dp as the top panel.
I hope the special person know that they are special to me when she receives this card for her birthday.

Jennifer, this is EXQUISITE!! Whoever she is, she is going to be "over the moon" when she opens the envelope. Your work is impeccable, down to the time-consuming detail of hand sewing on the lace....a gorgeous lace it is! Really a beautiful, beautiful card.
