Tuesday, July 3, 2012Happy 4th of July!!
Just a quick post to wish everyone a Happy and Safe 4th of July! Our neighborhood is always like a giant cloud of smoke from all the fireworks and I expect this year will be no exception. I've been making the most of the holiday and the hot weather. We are grilling and taking it easy. I've been swimming in the pool and trying to get the puppy to jump in voluntarily. She seems ok with being carried into the pool and she can make it out on her own with the ladder - but she won't jump in on her own. One step at a time right? It is so nice to be home and have no obligations!
I made these sweet little tags for treats for friends that stop by for the holiday. I stamped a sweet Liberty Kitty and an Uncle Sam Puppy ton white card stock, colored with Copics, and topped with a pretty bow with an embossed star to attach to some cookies. Such an easy way to dress up some home made treats!
Be safe, ENJOY! and have a fantastic day!
