One of my best friends has brand new boy twin grandsons, so here's my card for her. There was a lot of masking and experimenting (aka mistakes!) in getting the single buggy stamp to a double buggy image, but I got there in the end. The baby faces are from the SU baby set which I stamped in black onto Shrink Plastic and shrunk. The size they ended up was perfect for the image. The blankets are gingham DP, as is the background. Main white panel up on Pop Dots and 4 blue half pearls put in the corners. Baker's Twine along the top.
