I separated a napkin down to the one layer and adhered it to white cs. backed that with black cs and attached to white card. The only embellishments are the ribbon and the hearts, black and white. all other elements were the prints on the napking.

Beautiful card!!! I was given some napkins to create with and decided to use your idea. I just made a set of cards with the napkins to give as a gift! What fun. Thanks for the idea!
