This card was specially made for my sister. She loves foxes and I just happened to have this cute little fox stamp from A Muse Artstamps, how handy is that?
There were lots of steps to this card and I didn't think I would ever get it put together! The birch tree forest was stamped on white cardstock using versamark ink with Memento Rich Cocoa ink added direct to the stamp from the pad while the versamark was still wet. Then it was heat embossed with clear embossing powder to make a shiny white/mottled bark. The blue was sponged on using Memento sky blue ink and the blue was then buffed off the tree bark with a soft tissue. The Memory Box Madera corner die cut was made with green patterned dp to add some interest, and the tiny flowers were punched from a small scale dp I found in 6 X 6 paper pack. The little pearls and the bird perching on the edge of the cloud added the finishing touches.
Thanks for peeking at my fox in the forest!
