This was from my stash--a failed technique experiment--but it seemed to fit this challenge. (I had saved it because it was fun.)
The failed technique? I had read somewhere that you could get some beautiful effects with floating nail polish on top of water and dipping the CS in to pick up the nail polish. Well, I did get some beautiful effects, but they were very fragile, so most of my experimentation went into the trash. This card was so splashy and fun that I saved it. Today it fit the Inspiration Challenge perfectly.
The raised heart was also from my stash--where you heat emboss four or five layers of EP and then press in a stamp to get an impression. (I don't remember what that technique is called.) It was a gold piece, but I put the dark red nail polish on top of the gold.
Here is a link to the IC344 so you can see the challenge soaps. Beautiful artisan soaps that look good enough to eat!
