I used a very old piece of confetti tissue paper that I've had forever. I used it for my bg and my poinsettia. I kept the layout simple and very similar to this card I made the other day. I thought it was clean enough to show the faux silk technique that was used. It is hard to see in the photo, but I love the texture it gave to the bg and the poinsettia. It reminds me of the texture on a real poinsettia. I stamped the tissue paper, crinkled it up, flatten it out, adhered it to the cardstock and then colored it with copics. I cut one out with the diecut that matches and the top two layers with scissors and popped it all up.

Nice! I have some poinsettia stamps I got from Outlines before they went out of business and this layout looks like a great one to try them out on. TFS.

WOW..this is great..I really like the sparkly tissue paper for this..great technique! Oh..and I have to tell you I just checked out your stamping room photos..OMG..what a set up! I think you might have a few more things than I do ...for sure you do..but it looks fabulous, everything in its place...I'm sure you can find things in your room..I have a problem with that.
