In this week's color challenge, Vicki gave us the colors: Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral and Whispering White and the dessert, a one layer card. Well no dessert please, I had too much last week!
I really like that coral color! I made this flower with five layers of Prima (flats) and secured with a white pearl brad. The sentiment is from Just Rite and I added just a little green bling for leaves. All of that was applied to the pretty SB floral oval nestie. I used an embossing folder on the base of the white card and added a layer of "crumb cake" (I think this color is pretty close) to the lower half. Lastly I added some white pearls to help divide the two sides.
I like how my flower turned out, it reminds me of a Gerbera Daisy : ) So this will be my Gerbera Get Well card! Thanks for taking a peek!

I love your pretty flower and blingy leaves, Kathleen! The black sentiment looks perfect and really stands out nicely! Beautiful oval nestie and pearl border instead of the usual ribbon~
