 | | The Ways to Use It challenge is called Sweet Child of Mine - make a card for a child or with a child on it.
I used this lovely old fashioned image of a girl in a huge straw hat from La Blanche. I stamped it in black on the La Blanche specialty paper - it's fabulous to colour on with inks. I used various Distress inks and the Ranger colouring nibs to colour the image and then masked the image, sponged the sky with blue Distress inks, and then to add to the old-fashioned look, I splattered it with a wet paint brush and blotted with paper towel. |
