Hi everone!! This is the second Saturday in a row that I've enjoyed time in my stamproom - yippeee!! I made this Graduation card for a very special Niece in NJ.
This card is for THREE challenges: The first is last week's Featured Stamper - Emily Keaton!! I love Emily's creativity - she has amazing talent. It was a pleasure getting to CASE one of her beauties. I chose this fabulous card: {Sweet 16 Berry}
Hers is very clean, and while I'd planned to keep the layers on mine to a minimum I ended up putting my sentiment on a Nestie... Similarities are with the stitching, general sketch/layout and numbers in the bottom right.
The 2nd challenge is today's Inspiration Challenge - Anne introduced us to a Webstore featuring fun baby items: {My Sweet Muffin Night Owl Clock} . I saw this cute Owl Clock and used the photo as inspiration for my layout design.
This card is also for this month's DD Central Theme - Diamonds and Pearls!! It's a bit difficult to see in the photo but there is Glitter around every single element on this card - every layer, all the roses, the flourish, the nestie, and the 2012 tags. There's also gemstones everywhere as well .
It was fun getting to play today. Thanks for taking a peek!
Hugs,
Audrey

Even though you have lots of sparklies, this card still looks soft and delicate! I like how you showcased the year and the sentiment as well. And those roses look BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Goodness gracious - let me put on me shades and take a lookzi at this here sparklin' card twinzi! I LOVE your roses of course, the sentiment and all that sparkle and bling. Love the added stitching and the "2012" used on the tiny tags. And, look at those challenges! Twinzi, you got it goin' on. I'm tryin' to get it goin' on, but am falling further behind. I have another masculine card to do for my son who will be 28 on 7/25, so it's off to thinking "masculine" again. I want FLOWERS! Hugziz to you twinzi alwayz!
