Here is a creation using the Cottage Cutz Bird Cage on Stand die from the Scrapping Cottage. How fun this was to put together. I just love this bird cage-it's so intricate and detailed. I cranked it through my cuddlebug and it cut like a charm.
The corners are the Tea Time Doily die cut. It cut perfectly as well. What I liked about this doily as compared to other brands I have is that I just had to swipe my hand over this doily and all those little pieces that cut went straight into the garbage. I did not have to "pick" them out of the holes...lol
The leaves are also from Cottage Cutz called "Greenery". There is a selection of three pretty leaves to chose from on that die-you can use one or use them all.
Martha Stewart punch around the page was used, a Recollection flower, Recollection pink pearls, some ribbon, stickles, and Brush Corduroy distress ink complete this creation.
Thanks a bunch for stopping by to take a look. Have a wonderful day. I will see you in the gallery!

Such a lovely new card, Carol! I love the delicate bird cage with the sweet bluebirds around the cage. Your layered die cuts are simply amazing!!! I love the beautiful coral color that you choose for your paper and your beautiful flower! So many pearls and jewels! Beautiful, Carol! That punching around the page is a lot of work and takes more ability that I have! You have my admiration for that!!!!

Carol, your cards are so intricate and detailed...and BEAUTIFUL. It takes time to take it all in...so much to discover. This is gorgeous. Love the old-fashioned birdcage and stand.

Gorgeous, Carol ! I love how that die cut made in black makes this look like a silhouette of a bird card. Fantastic design!

I am scare in the site these days as we are entering into a building project and I have a fabulous iron birdcage that comes as high as my waist and houses a 2 tier chandelier sitting on my living room floor waiting for the day it can be installed over my dining table. it was one of those "buy it now and save half" items so it sits a waiting. Your sweet card brought it to mind. Love it!!
