Earlier I thought that Cloverina had just been gorging on alfalfa, but turns out she was in the family way. Look what I found out in the Lobelia pasture, a little calf. I'm going to name her Pawsalina, for the little paw print she has on her forehead!
Cloverina was making an awful racket earlier, thought she was twurting, but she was a hurting, trying to get this little babe out of her.
I had so much fun making these critters, that I wanted to make another and decided it was going to be a baby critter.
Funny thing is, I think Curt and his friend Frenchie were around, cuz of that little paw print on her forehead. Hmmm, where is that Curt?

These farm folk bring back memories of where I was born and raised. As my sister and I played in the barn a lot, especially when it was raining, I can even smell these guys. Every once in awhile when my grandfather was busy, I had to go back to the far part of the farm to bring the cows in for the nightly milking. Of course at that age that was fun for me.
