Today we were told to "man up" for this challenge. We were supposed to make something masculine and perhaps a Father's Day card.
I think that perhaps I have found a way to use the Timeless Treasures set. I love antiques and vintage things. My dad was the one who got me interested in them. For his Father's Day card I used a picture of his dad holding him, and a picture of him with his arm around me and my sister. I made a collage using some of the vintage things around them. It won't be long and we will all be getting kind of vintage. I hope my dad "gets" my thoughts when he looks at this card.

Kim, what a great idea to use family photos on a card. I love it!! And so will your Dad. Which one is you? The older sister or the younger sister??????

You crack me up...I see you posted a "post" in your card:)
You look like your dad! LOVE this. How thoughtful and meaningful this will be for your dad. I can't think of a better card for him....and don't you go overthinking it! All of your elements fit together absolutely perfectly and I betcha can't guess what my favorite thing is????? Yep, the twine...and the photo of your, your sis and dad.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. ~Leo Buscaglia
