My son's first belt graduation for karate seemed like the perfect subject for Patti's Thursday challenge to scrap something that happened for the first time. We also need to include polka dots (mine are really tiny but they're there) and stars, and use the color black. I cut out the banners and the star using my Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge, and then I sponged more stars onto the page using the leftover piece from my star cut-out as a mask.
